Rascal’s lightest scooter is now here. The Velumi Li has an aluminium frame and is just 18.6 inches wide with a lithium battery. It has dual charging points and an impressive range of 11.6 miles. When travelling at dusk, the Velumi Li has an LED front light and side reflective strips.
