The Genie has arrived or should that be the Genie has appeared. Solax's very latest lithium battery scooter is trailed as the lightest folding scooter on the market. It has a magnesium frame and weighs only 37lb (16.85kg). The Genie opens and closes in a matter of seconds, as if by magic!
The Genie has honeycomb tyres and rear suspension enabling a soft ride. It also has LED lights and two person lifting handles. The lithium battery can be charged on or off-board and has a range of 9 miles.
The Genie is sure to be popular for people going on day trips, cruises and planes (the battery is airline friendly), as it can pushed along like a suitcase and is easy to handle.
