We will be able to offer assistance on the telephone if you need any help with assembly/operational matters.
For an additional service of £50.00, we will deliver and assemble your mobility product. This service includes a full demonstration of the product(s) purchased as well as answering any questions that you may have. We will take all packaging with us when we leave.
We recommend our Platinum Service for mid-range and heavy-duty scooters, together with most powerchairs shown and heavy-duty riser recliners.
On a select number of mobility products where we feel it advisable, we have made this recommendation in the product description and have added this option to these products at checkout.
Our bespoke service is available on all our mobility products.
With our Standard and Platinum services, expect to take delivery within 3 working days from the date of an order. If a quicker service is required, please contact us and we will make every effort to try and get an order to you sooner.
Our delivery services apply to all U.K. addresses.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us in an unused, "as new" state within 7 working days of delivery and receive a full refund.
Please ensure that you call us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and Returns Address, prior to returning any product. Goods that arrive at our returns department without a Returns Authorisation Number will be refused, and they will be returned to sender.
Any custom-built product such as stairlifts and bathing items will be exempt from the returns policy.
